I recommend to use standart cure settings for 0.2mm layer height, 215/55 PLA.

Print and measure the inner and outer dimensions.
Divide the average difference to half and add that number to your horizontal expansion value.
Negative values are for larger measurements (shrink a lenght), positive for shorter measurements.
