A parametric generator for generating printable clamping collars for shafts, bolts etc.
Cheap collars using a set screw can damage the shaft surface and two-part metal collars are weirdly expensive for how simple they are. STLs for a range of common shaft sizes are included with a 0.2mm clearance on the inner diameter. As these are not round parts, the outer diameter represents the clearance area to avoid interference with other parts. All supplied STLs are 7.5mm thick.

Parameters
The following parameters can be adjusted:
Nominal inner diameter
Tap drill size (default 2.6mm)
Screw clearance diameter (default 3.2mm)
Screw head diameter (default 5.7mm)
Screw head height (default 3mm)
Gap between the two halves (default 1mm)
Thickness (default 7.5mm)
Instructions
For best results, print in the default orientation with 5+ walls and 100% infill. The tap drill size may need to be adjusted depending on printer tolerances, but drilling it out after printing with a 2.5mm drill bit (for M3 screws) is easier and stronger.
