Parts needed:
4x 36 mm or longer M6 bolts with hexagonal heads
4 wing nuts for the M6 bolts
1 drive bolt (M6). Should be longer than the others
4x 608-style bearings
Silicone tubing ~5mm ID (or smaller ID) and 10mm OD.
Assembly:
Push the bearings all the way into the bushings; I used a socket and mallet to carefully seat them into the bushings
Push the drive bolt through the drive rotor
Connect the rotors over the bearings and drive bolt
Seat the rotors assembly into the pump housing
Place the silicone tube around the rotor assembly, and add top of pump housing, being careful not to pinch the tube
