My son decided to attend THE Ohio State University so I created a model so he could have the block logo on his desk. The model is 25mm thick and it stands up on a hard surface.
The 3MF file has the color settings already applied. If you want to do it yourself for the AMS version, I recommend printing it face down and changing the Plate Settings so that the White PLA is laid down first. See the comment from Bezlerman on this thread on Bambulab.
If you are using the non-AMS/MMU version, set the filament changes at:
25.2 from White to Grey
25.6 for Grey to Scarlet
26.0 for Scarlet to Black
