Alientek T90 Case Insert (C245 tips)
Custom insert for the Alientek T90 soldering iron case. Keeps your tools organized and everything in one place inside the original case.
What fits:
2 tweezers (up to 136 mm and up to 130 mm)
Heat insert kit
Soldering sponge (factory or up to 45×35 mm)
Up to 1.5 m usb-c cable - compatible with both the stock T90 and Pinecil cable
4 spare C245 tips in the storage area (5 total including the one in the iron)
2 mini solder spools (link to model)
Design notes: The tip-end lid is redesigned to double as a stand, so you can prop the iron upright while working or cooling down.
Print notes: 0.4-0.5 mm nozzle recommended. The insert can be friction-fit into the case or secured permanently - four M2 screw holes are provided on the bottom, allowing you to drill matching holes in the original case lid for a solid mount.
