This is all the 3D printed parts for the official Cyphercon 2026 badge. The included 3mf file shows the recommended orientation and supports. https://cyphercon.com/
Along with this set of prints you will also need the following parts to complete the case without destroying the original:
Clip split pin 2mmx30mm https://www.mcmaster.com/91611A114
Clip spring 0.235" OD 0.4inlbf https://www.mcmaster.com/9271K17/ (note you will need to trim the legs to length before installing.)
Battery plate https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/keystone-electronics/5227/2342488 (This part gets heat staked into the battery door.)
Assembly notes:
Some boards the "social" button hole needs to be opened up slightly else it rubs and will not pop out properly. Running a screwdriver around the edge of the hole is usually enough.
If your printer over extrudes the split pin may not fit. It should be a tight fit in the belt clip and loose in the body. If too tight in the belt clip it may crack it. Drill out belt clip as needed. A small hammer helps get the pin started in the belt clip then a medium sized channel locks can be use to press it though the body and into the other side of the clip. DONT FORGET THE SPRING!
There is a spring install clip not shown in the 3mf. This greatly helps with installing the spring. Put the clip on one leg of the spring then compress the spring and clip the other leg in. Leave this way until the belt clip pin is installed. Once the pin is in place pull the clip off to release the spring.
