folder sealing device/tool/thing

Made a folder sealing device cause i need it at work for safe transfer keysdocuments after shift on duty.
not a very common thing.

instal is simple:

• take the bottom part ( the thin one) and plase at inner side of folder at plase you need( you can also use this part as stencil for makin a two 10mm wholes),

• plase top part (the big one) at outside of folder,

• use screws for fixing it( there are two different screws 6mm and 10mm long, depends on thickness of the folder side, DONT use both type of screws, only two 6mm or two 10mm)
