This is a printed lid for the AD5M enclosure kit that includes a mount for a 120mm fan. Idea being to then add a duct and direct exhaust air safely out a window or something when working with ABS or ASA.
I printed mine in 0.24mm, with 3 top shell layers, 2 bottom shell layers, normal supports enabled and set to Snug. There's not much supports, just a little to handle the interlocking overhang bits.
You will need to print two of each, as they're not perfectly symmetrical. They install like this:

Just apply glue liberally to the interlocks, then the mounted fan will add additional rigidity.
