Please note that this spool clock is designed and intended to use with the "new" style PRUSAMENT spools only. Either use a depleted new style (as of April 2026) Prusament spool or download the included Dummy Spool for use with this project.
This is a fully working spool clock with a partial faux filament roll in PRUSA livery. The "filament core" features a keyhole slot for easy wall hanging.
Core printed with minimal supports - numerals and indices require no supports.

Assemble the clock movement in the core spool housing per the mechanism's instructions.
I have attached a full-sized .PDF drawing to assist with positioning the dial face numerals and indices. These are adhered with acrylic cement or Cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesive.
Added Command Strip hook (button up) to facilitate wall hanging.

Alternatively, I added an .stl of one side of the spool for use in this project if required,
I added a similarly styled, but larger clock that doesn't utilize repurposed spools. There are some features that allow easier alignment. See below:
