Free swappable plank set for the Modular Round Shield Housing Kit. Five PETG planks with a 4-colour Straw Hat pirate jolly roger emblem. Designed for 3-7 year olds who may be bold but need a little protection when facing their older siblings.

5 planks (centre + 2 inner + 2 outer)
Straw Hat jolly roger emblem (4 bodies: black, white, red, beige)
Left-hand and right-hand orientations included
.3MF and .STL print beds for both orientations
Print Settings
We recommend PETG for durability.
Planks: 5 perimeters, 5 top/bottom layers, 20% gyroid. Print on their side. Brim recommended. Supports everywhere, with a support exclusion zone on the strap section (bridges easily without supports).
Jolly roger (multi-extruder): 4 colours - black, white, red, beige. Wipe tower enabled.
Assembly
Friction-fit planks into the housing kit casing. Super glue the jolly roger emblem on. Sand mating surfaces with 120 grit before gluing.
