I recently built a computer in an NZXT H210 mITX case and it has a spot for a single 3.5" HDD on the bottom. The room in the case allows for another 3.5" HDD on top of it without any clearance issues.
I would imagine this would work in more than just this one computer case as I made the holes a little bigger so there is some accommodations for screw placement and type.
You will need to source longer HDD screws. I'll ad the proper size after I find the right ones at the hardware store.

I used supports to help with the vertical mounted holes on the base. I opted to print the brackets at 0.28mm since it's just holding up an HDD and is not being seen when it's inside the case.
I used TinkerCAD and a blueprint of the screw hole pattern for a 3.5" HDD.
5 versions later and it's perfect for my needs.
I uploaded 3 different STL's, one that has both brackets in one file and then individual files of each side of the bracket.
