This part is a 3D‑printed replacement component designed for a VEVOR diaphragm pump, manufactured using polyamide (PA), specifically PA6‑CF with 15% carbon‑fiber reinforcement. It was printed at 15% infill, with four perimeter walls for added strength and impact resistance. The part was oriented on an angle during printing to optimize layer adhesion, minimize stress concentration, and improve dimensional accuracy in critical load‑bearing areas while maintaining functional fit and alignment with the pump assembly.
