Few people said the clip was too loose, maybe because your printer has better tolerances. I made change to the model so the opening is smaller and the grip is better tha way.
If that is not enough, I made even tighter clip with hole diameter 4.1mm instead of 4.2, so that should work for sure:
I left all original models as way.
