It's silly that so many of the models for these are paywalled. You shouldn't need to pay for a tube with a nut inside.
I used a cheap $3 open end acorn lug from lordco. I think it is a 21mm but if you put the acorn side in first it should fit fine.
Just a sleeve along the outside of the reverse lockout
