This is an author's remix of Omnidirectional wardrobe hook - IKEA - but suitable for regular round rods. Two versions are available, with inner diameter 26 and 21 mm.
You will need
6/7 g of PETG or PLA
Printing
0.2 mm layer height
3 walls
100% infill
Ignore the slicer mesage about floating regions/overhangs
Post-processing
Gently rotate the parts against each other until they move freely
Making the best of it
As any print-in-place design, this one is quite sensitive to the tolerances. Make sure your filament is dry and your printer is fine tuned.
