Necessity breeds ingenuity. This was something I created in tinker cad to hold my phone steady for TTRPG map sharing.

Print without supports, 0.4mm nozzle. Designed for PLA and flexibility, but PETG would likely work well too.
Attach pieces with your choice of machine screws and bolts.
Designed in tinkercad, works with apple phones. I know a flex arm is an option for mounting a phone for video sharing, but this is cheaper and you can print it at home, permanently attaching the ceiling mount is optional as my original wooden creation was attached with command strips.
