I printed this on my Prusa MK3S+ using Atomic Deep Black Opaque PETG. I placed a modifier box over the area surrounding the recessed mounting holes and increased the infill of the box to 30% in order to increase the strength of the holes. Otherwise, I used the following settings:
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Perimeters: 4
Top Solid Layers: 7
Bottom Solid Layers: 6
Infill: 15% (except as otherwise described above)
Supports: Yes (Support on build plate only)
Support type: Organic (see photos- supports should branch through bolt holes)
Seam Position: Random
Required Hardware:
(2) M4 x 50mm Hex Socket Cap Head Bolts
(2) washers
(2) M4 nuts (press into handle)
Cart Shaft Dimensions:
25.40mm x 10.70mm
