A few weeks ago I was screwing in my resin vat screws and the right one just wouldn't catch a thread anymore.
I opened the side panels, took measurements of the "fixed block" that was in there, then designed this one in fusion. There are actually two models in this post:
One model for hex nut inserts
One model threaded for the screw
If you go with the hex nut model, make sure your hex nuts(m4) fit in there and that you've got either a spare m4 screw or your threaded screw knob for your vat. It's best to coat them in superlube or an equavilent grease prior to glueing the hex nut in or checking the thread on the threaded version. That way when you use CA glue or liquid resin to lock the nut in place, it doesn't stick to the screw.
