This is a case to hold a HP server HSTNS-PD18 or HSTNS-PL18 power supply together with a custom PCB I designed to make the output available on Anderson Powerpole contacts.
These are good power supplies for use with Amateur Radio as they are low noise and being 750W they are good for about 55A when adjusted to 13.5V
See https://github.com/RADARC/HPPsuPowerpoleOutput for instructions on how to modify the power supplies to produce 13.5V on the output and also the design and parts for the PCB itself.
In addition to the printed parts you will need three M2 2mm deep metal threaded inserts and three M2x4mm screws.
There are two designs of front panel. One as pictured has cutouts for all the parts on the PCB while the other is an open design showing more of the PCB.
As the PSU is likely to get warm I suggest that it is printed in PETG as a minimum as PLA is likely to warp.
The front panel just pushes on but when happy I suggest adding some glue.
