Combined top & bottom plate from PrintBreakRepeat's original design. Results in a much sturdier part when printed with an SLA machine. Added a little extra clearance for the hot end fan port.
DO NOT PRINT USING AN FFF PRINTER. Use PrintBreakRepeat's original 2-part plate if you are using an FFF printer. If you attempt to print this design via FFF it'll need a lot of support and the quality will suffer.
