I was inspired by the adapter from this post https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4560988
But my PD module did not fit in size and polarity, so I decided to make my own adapter. PD modules used are: ZYPDH and PDC004
I also used 3mm holes, because, these are the more commonly used screws.
I made several options with text.
