Needed to support a heavy bull barrel (0.920" Diameter) in the Black Walnut chassis system. Designed this and integrated slots for M4 nuts, you may need to resize those for your hardware. These fit tight to the handguard and provide rigidity to the assembly.
Printed mine in PLA Pro on a 0.6 nozzle using 3 walls and 10% infill.
