Update: Added the M4 tail fin, so now there are replacement tail fins for all OMP heli's that I own.
All started out with the Omphobby M2 V3 helicopter tail fin, which is made of carbon and very lightweight - but it is a bit fragile for clumsy pilots like me. Many other pilots found that it was often sold out at webshops. I got inspired by a model on thingiverse but found out that the dimensions were off, and that the thickness of that fin was too high, keeping the screws from going in far enough to properly hold the motor. So I redesigned my own with the correct dimensions and recessed screw holes.
Later the same need came up for the M1, so I added that upon request.
So finally, the M4. Not because I broke the original, but just because I wanted it in orange to match the canopy, my new landing skid, and the ELRS antenna holder. This one is printed in Prusa PC Blend, but PETG will work too. I added some brim pads to prevent the part from warping and coming loose from the print bed. Settings: 0,2 mm balanced, supports on build plate, 3 perimeters, 15% infill. Note that the final part is not as strong as the carbon original, but in my view it looks a lot nicer.
