Tested at least 4 or 5 different versions, but none was durable, but this one is. Each peg has length marked.

The Range Tee Peg that is Durable and Printable
I have designed printed and tested several different versions of tee pegs for the golf range, none lasted a full 100 balls session but had layer separation, broke off, and was sheared off when duffing the golf club in the ground and hitting under the ball. Yeah I know need to practice my driver more, and this peg will help me do that and not loosing a lot of TPE or TPU filament.
This design is the most durable yet that I created and after testing hitting 100 balls and several bad mat hits as well it is still holding up and have no layer separation. The smaller base is there for 2 reasons:
Will be easier to print it in the right direction to get the strength where needed.
Will in case of hitting under the ball allow the peg to move up through the hole rather than shear off.
I created a v2 with larger base since some tee mat's have quite large holes, thus the v2 will keep the peg in place when hitting under the ball.
The Range Tee Peg is designed for printing laying down as in the .3mf file, and in the picture showing the slicer. When adding it to the Tee rotate it so that it is oriented as in the pictures with the thinner sides towards you so that maximum flex is in direction of your intended ball path.
The Peg of the pictures is printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle and with e-SUN TPE-85A, so rather soft filament, but good for the peg. Should also work for 95A TPU as well, just test the wall thickness what works best with your filament.
I have printed with 3 walls and no infill, suggest having 1 wall at top surface to "weld" together the layers a bit on the top as well which will be natural at the bottom. So do have a bit higher temp on the plate to also get good layer bonding for the bottom layer as well.
You will find several lengths uploaded depending on your preference, the mat you are hitting on or club you are using. I have used the 70 mm version for the Tee's I have been hitting from and those mats are around 20-25mm thick. Each length of the Peg is also visible in the model at the bottom of each peg.
HIT HARD and Happy Golfing!
Hope you like it and perhaps my efforts are worth a cup of coffee:
