This is a full-size model of a stand for Yamaha P145 I made from wood, with a few 3d-printed plastic parts.

The .step file includes the piano I've modeled based on my measurements, to help you updating the stand according to your needs and the wood type of your choise.

Depending on the tools you have available you may consier asking cutting the board in a DYI store to your dimensions (and filetting the edges if you choose so). See the drawing I've used to cut mine. To connect the pieces I've used pocket joints, though simple brackets could do as well and would probably be cheaper.

Materials which I've used for the stand on the picture:

  • A good-quality pine board 1.5m x 0.5m x 28mm for the main parts of the stand.

  • PETG for the plastic parts (feet and bracket).

  • 4 400ml color-spray cans for the wood (2 cans of primer and 2 cans of RAL 9005 black).

  • A handful of screws to connect the main parts , and to attach feet and bracket.

  • 2 M5 bolts long enough to attach piano to the brackets.

It's not a complicated project to build, and the final product looks quite professional. TIP: to level the stand to the floor after the assembly I've used a few pieces of paper to find the short edge, and then inserted the thin 0.5mm plate between the board and the printed feet (which was much easier than sanding longer edges down).
