This mount is designed for the now ancient Contour HD 1080p action camera. The mount itself is designed to be easy to print and universal.
It features a snug fit with the camera, 4x 3mm Ø screw holes, 2x passthrough channels for <4.5mm wide zip-ties, and friction tabs to prevent the camera from sliding out of the mount.
I recommend printing it in a strong material, preferably PETG.
The mount can be printed flat as-is, but it can optionally be printed vertically should you need even more strength; all holes and edges are designed to allow for this.
Can also be attached to a helmet with some strong padded double-sided tape thanks to its wide base.
I have printed mine in PETG, 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters, and flat at its base, and is more than sturdy enough to keep the camera secure.
I'm unsure if this will fit other similar action cameras, as I do not own any, so check the schematics to verify before printing. This being said, it seems to fit other Contour cameras that use the same mounting rail system.
