This model is to provide a replacement "RokLock" piece for RocForm phone cases. The plastic of my OEM piece started breaking out but I had the rubber membrane, felt backer and the magnet itself so I really just needed to create the plastic portion.
I printed this in PETG for durability at a 0.10 layer height so the shoulder details could be better expressed in the print. I have infill at 50% for added strength and the part is only 2 cents to print anyway.
There is a slight error where I added lobes from the original model but these are completely inconsequential to the print and really only show up in the digital model but don't affect the usability at all.
I put a spot of CA glue on the shoulders of the plastic to fix the membrane and felt backer in place permanently, although I'm not sure that was strictly necessary.
I've included my Fusion file as well in case someone wants/needs to modify it because they're missing the rubber membrane, etc or is better at Fusion and wants to fix my error :)
