This print allows you put a handle on a can to make it more like a mug. The handle can be customized with text.

Be the life of the party with the super extra double awesome can clip handle. The can clip handle will keep you from getting the dreaded cold hand while you party with your friends. But wait, that's not all! You can even customize the handle for your event or personalize it so you know which can is yours. No more accidentally grabbing your friend's can or the can with all the trash in it. So don't wait. Download a copy of this easy printing miracle device and print it! Note: the can will still stand up just fine on on it's own when you set it down. It does wobble a little though.
There are two versions of the model, one includes a longer base to make it wobble a little less. I find it isn't needed, but you can use the "more stable" version if you want a little less wobble.
Both versions are easy to print. 15% fill should be fine. No support is needed. They fit a relatively small bed. The can handle should print fine in PLA, but something with a little more flexing strength (ABS or PETG) may be useful for long term use. If you want to label the handle, you can use the text options in your slicer to carve out the text. For an extra cool look, pause the print and change the filament to a new color once the text starts printing.
If you want all the control, I've included the OpenScad files where you can add your text (raised or inset) and even change you can height and width to accommodate other can sizes. The STL models and the OpenScad default should work fine for standard North American beer or pop cans.
