Valve Stem Cap (Standard Schrader Threads)
Description:
Simple, durable valve stem dust cap designed for standard Schrader valve threads (0.305"-32 UNEF), commonly used on automotive, bicycle, and other pneumatic tires. Provides protection against dirt, debris, and moisture while maintaining a clean, finished look.
The design is 25mm long for easy access, making installation and removal quick and convenient.
Print Settings (Recommended – Global Standard):
Material: PETG
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Walls: 3
Layer Height: 0.08 mm (for best thread geometry)
Top/Bottom Shell Thickness: 1.0 mm
Infill: 15% (Gyroid)
Supports: Not required
Usage:
Ideal for replacing lost or damaged valve caps on cars, bikes, and other equipment using standard Schrader valves.
