An extension cord version using the KINGROON filament spool.
Additional fasteners are used during assembly, as the printed threaded parts do not provide the required strength during use.
Print settings:
Material: PETG
Layer - 0.2 mm
Wall loops - 3
Infill density - 20%
No support required.
Please note that parts using embedded nuts require pauses at certain layers.
The following items are required for assembly:
1. Screws M6x20 DIN912 - 3 pcs.
2. Screws M8x20 DIN912 - 6 pcs.
3. Nuts M6 DIN934 - 3 pcs.
4. Nuts M8 DIN934 - 6 pcs.
5. Screws M3x16 ISO 7045 or ISO 7046 - 7 pcs.
For assembly, we'll also need a 10-15 m of cable (the length is for a 2x1.5 mm² cable), a 48 mm diameter electrical outlet (preferably one with a rubber housing) no deeper than 65 mm, and a plug. Electrical outlet is installed with press fit and holds quite well inside а hole. If you plan to use a smaller electrical outlet or one with a different cross-section, adjust the mounting hole in the components as needed.

In the coil, at the place of the recess with a hole for the end of the filament, it is necessary to drill a hole that matches the diameter of the cable used.
Instead of assembly instructions, the complete 3D model in STEP has been provided in the files. This will also simplify future upgrades when using other components.
