The Porter Cable 20 Volt system is still widely used by a lot of people. The vacuum that was available with the set is far less popular than the other tools, but there are still people that have it. I am sure, like me, others have discovered that the hinge is easily broken. I made this the other night because I broke mine (for the second time).
I uploaded 2 files. One has negative spots-the big circles (because I'm still trying to figure out how to edit stl files). The other does not. The reinforced version works and fits also and definitely is more robust than the stock hinge
