ABB Chiara RJ45 Keystone

Some ABB components are not easy to find in some parts of Italy, especially if you're not a professional electrician. Since I'm not one, and one of my keystone holders broke, I decided to print it myself.

Every single measurement has been taken by hand with a digital caliper to replicate all the features in Fusion: I spent 2 whole afternoons and a night refining the design, fit, and looks to match the original as close as possible.

I tested it with 2 different keystones, and they fit quite well without much wiggle, but I think there's still room for improvement. This is why I include the STEP and F3D files, so you can modify the design in case you need to, if your keystones don't fit as they should 

You can print it with whatever material you prefer as long as you print it on the side, with organic tree supports, 0.2 layer, and 100% infill (or less if you're using stronger materials) I used Sunlu PLA High Speed 2.0 in white, and it came out almost indistinguishible from the original one straight from the printer, passing the wife's "3-foot test" like nothing.
