Print Instructions
Everything is printed without supports, with 0.2mm layer height. First print the diffuser (when printed with 0.2mm layer height, the diffuser should be exactly 2 layers high) in white or clear filament. Here it is, printed in PolyTerra PLA Cotton White:
Then print the case. The case has a slot where the diffuser will be placed. Introduce a pause right after the slot (should be around layer ~13 or height 2.60mm):
When the printer pauses, slot the diffuser in the case and resume printing. Make sure the indexing tabs align (should prevent you from putting the diffuser backwards; the model is not symmetrical):
The next layer will seal the diffuser in place. You can optionally print the back cover. The back cover is intentionally simple and you may want to adapt the hole size and placement to fit whatever connect you have.
