Linux Tux logo for rebadging your laptop, which prints at about 41mm diameter.
The Tux design was taken from a mix of a few simplified versions I found online, plus some other tweaks, all of which allow it to be printed as shown with a 0.4mm nozzle. If you want to scale down from the 41mm, you'll almost certainly need a finer nozzle, although scaling up to make e.g. coasters shouldn't be a problem.
Print the STL at 0.08mm layer height, and start with white filament. Change to whatever colour you want for the border at layer four, and to black at layer eight. Once cool, remove from the print bed, and apply a layer of double sided tape to the back to stick it onto your laptop.
