Design Concept
Attractive stand for LabelRange label printer, label rolls, and label stacks. Stand must be able to hold several rolls of labels up to 4x6", as well as 1-3 smaller stacks of labels of the same size. It must also be able to hold at least one roll and stack while in use.
Three stand options are provided, and they can all be stacked together if desired. The largest stand has all of the requirements in one, but can only hold a stack of up to 300 labels in the lower compartment. The mid-sized stand can hold either a roll or a stack in the main compartment, but not both at the same time. The smallest stand can hold a stack of up to 600 labels.
Ikea Skadis boards and negative parts are provided to allow for attachment of accessories on the sides of the stand. If the medium and small stands are combined, regardless of which is on top, the largest Skadis board may be used to bind the two together. The smaller Skadis board is for use with the largest stand. Both boards have modification layers to reduce print time and filament used. As currently configured, this reduces filament use by over 30% while retaining most of its rigidity.
Print Settings
0.20mm layer height for all models, 15% gyroid infill (except Skadis panels), PLA material.
Skadis panel modifier layer: 3 walls, 0 top shell, 0 bottom shell, 25% cubic infill, sparse infill direction 90d. Brim used for adhesion.
Large stand: 17 hours, 670 grams
Medium stand: 12.5 hours, 490 grams
Small stand: 10.75 hours, 420 grams
Large Skadis: 2 hours, 70 grams (x2)
Small Skadis: 1.6 hours, 60 grams (x2)
Skadis hook: 22 mins, 12 grams
Spindle: 2.4 hours, 21 grams

Assembly
Skadis panels need to be secured to the sides with M5 bolts at least 16mm. This will secure the panels only to the model. If a more secure fit is desired, longer M5 bolts and nuts will be needed. M4 bolts and nuts can also be used.
A length of filament may be adhered to the spindle rails to ensure it does not roll out once placed.
