This is a replacement side panel grommet for Indian Challenger Motorcycles. May work on others as well. I've been using this for over a year on my bike with no problems. Does run just a touch tight until broken in, recommend using some lithium or silicone grease on the stud on your side panel. Printed in TPU 95A. Might work with softer TPU and be less tight, just haven't had the opportunity to test that myself.
