I love my small Proxxon FD150/E. And to keep all the accessories like the drill holder, wrenches, etc. together I made a small box which sits on top of the motor. It's simply pushed onto the two screws which hold the motor housing.
There a two flavours, both in two slightly different heights. Depends on how much accessory parts you like to store. Check the pictures.
I printed the main box with support, so I needed the bottom part to be a bit higher. Not much 0.5mm. The files are named "w support". If you prefer the exact fit then use the other files with "exact" in the name.
PETG is fine, PLA should do as well. I don't like PLA too much, especially for tools, it's too brittle IMHO. 0.2 mm print height is fine, go down to 0.1 if you like the horizontal edges nicer. Both top lids print without supports very well.
