For printing:
Use PETG, 0.2mm levels and 0.4mm nozzle
Print Base with bottom down
Print Cap with top down
Print the Clipper and filler flat on the bed
Assembly:
Stick the Clippers into the latch-hole so that the button looks out. Needs a little push with a screwdriver or similar, possibly file 1-2 times over the button.
At the end of the Clippers, there is a small elevation, that fits into it's adjacent depression intside the hole
Use the pusher along the Clipper to place the Clipper snug to the wall and make space for the Filler.
Stick the Fillers inside the same hole to fix the Clippers with the Base. No glue should be needed.
Use the pusher to push the Filler all the way.
