My old eyes can not read the labels on my PB Swiss PB 8625 hex driver set.
This is a set of label collars that slide on the driver shafts.
Provided here are STLs for two sizes of collars: one for 3 mm shafts (either 3mm hex or 3mm circular diameter), and one for 2.5 mm shafts; and STLs for four different labels: "1.5", "2", "2.5", "3". (In the PB Swiss set, all have 2.5 mm shafts, except for the 3 mm driver, which has a 3 mm shaft.)
To import the STLs into PrusaSlicer, type <ctl>-I to start the import dialog, multi-select one body STL and one text STL, and hit "open". A "Multi-part object detected" dialog should pop up. Answer "yes" to "should I consider these files to represent a single object having multiple parts?"
These are designed to be printed "upside-down". The top edge is chamfered (or, more precisely, has a "clipped fillet", limited to 45° overhang), so it should be printed on the bottom.
A PrusaSlicer project file (.3mf) is also included.
I printed these on a Prusa XL in PLA. 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.15 mm layer height, two perimeters.
These would probably work fine on other drivers, so long as their shaft size is correct (either 2.5 mm or 3 mm). These collars all have 10 mm outside diameter.
