I have NOT printed or test fit this part yet. I modeled it while I had my Levolor motorized cellular shades disassembled, and could take measurements of the original coupler. This was a precaution, should the original coupler fail some day.

Backstory: I installed a couple of motorized Levolor cellular shades. During installation, one of the shades got manually extended a bit. This confused the motor encoder, and the shades would no longer move their full range. I called Levolor for help and they said the motor gearbox was stripped (it was not) and/or a part was broken and they had NO SPARE PARTS for the shade. They told me to buy an entirely new shade. I told them that was ridiculous. (They were nice enough on the phone, but they had bad information/assumptions. The company should provide spare parts, or a procedure to reprogram the encoder endstops.) This is tragic modern-day, throw-it-away-and-buy-a-new-one thinking on a perfectly good item.

What really happened was that the shaft (that reels-up the string that lifts the shades) slipped in the coupler between the shaft and the motor output. The coupler didn't seem to be functionally damaged, so I dis-assembled part of the mechanism, manually rewound the shade string, and put it back together. It took 15 minutes. The shade works fine now.
