UPDATE:
After a lot of testing/use, I decided to enlarged the battery opening slightly, and I made the finger grips larger. See version v8.
The battery retainer broke on my UR85. It wasn't quite the right size anyhow for the 2S 450mah and 3S 300mah batteries I use with it. This design is conceptually based on a battery holder I found for my US65. Printed in TPU, it wraps through the frame and stretches over the battery. To install it, I'd recommend you remove the flight controller board.
Notes:
It's 1.2mm wide, so it should slice to 3 lines with standard 0.4 line width. However for some reason Cura was not creating the inner line. So, I changed the line width to 0.39 and it sliced fine. I also upped the flow rate to 110% to improve layer adhesion and fill voids.
