A protective case for Banggood LiPo voltage checker
1S-6S Battery Voltage Meter Checker Low Voltage Tester https://www.banggood.com/1S-6S-Battery-Voltage-Meter-Checker-Tester-Low-Voltage-Buzzer-Alarm-p-75520.html
I used to buy these great little $4 LiPo voltage checkers from HobbyKing. The problem is, they recently changed the design and they no longer read S1 (single cell) batteries. Very annoying. I found a new $3 voltage checker at Banggood, which does read S1-S6 batteries, but they don't come in a case. Consequently, the pins are likely to get bent/damaged. Also it's more likely to get lost because it's small and blends in too easily. So, I designed this protective case.
To assemble, print a case and a cap. Slide the voltage checker into the end of the case. (Leave the clear shrink tube on it.) Then use the cap to push it the rest of the way in, and to hold it in place. With my printer, without any scaling, the voltage checker is a nice snug fit into the case, as is the cap. Everything stays in place. You may find you need to scale the parts a bit to get the right fit, or put a dab of glue on the cap
Notes:
To minimize support, I rotated both parts for printing. Put the Cap on end, with the wider part on the build plate. For the Case, I put the fully-opened end up.
With my printer, the parts all fit just right without any scaling. You may need to adjust it a bit for your printer.
