The Masterbuilt Smoker is great for Jerky, so why not Biltong!!!
This adapter is to add a 120mm exhaust fan (sorry of the screw holes do not line up for your fan) in place of the wood chip insert, and a simple intake screen to place over the exhaust outlet.
I wrapped the base of the fan insert with soft velcro I had laying around to create a seal. Works well enough for me.
BiltongMate Biltong Spice Mix off Amazon is a good seasoning to start with. Print with PETG, 15% infill for the adapter and 100% for the exhaust worked for me.
Important - Don't run the heater, just use the fan to dry the meat in a climate controlled space.
