IMPORTANT!!  All CARBON 13 Type F parts must be scaled 230% to match a Barbie scale. The included models have already been scaled up to match a Barbie.

The neck should be printed in PETG, ABS/ASA, or similar material able to withstand pressure from being used as a joint (not PLA). I modeled this to work with a vinyl Barbie head. This likely won't work with other types of heads.

The belt will work best in the same material (PETG/ASA). I was able to print it in PLA, but needed to scale it up about 2% or so (I don't recall the exact amount). This resulted in it feeling a little loose after clicking into place, but it won't fail from being under pressure.

Ideally, the belt is printed with a multi-material printer. I printed with a single filament printer but created a multi material profile in Prusa Slicer by mostly following these steps: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/english-forum-original-prusa-i3-mk4s-how-do-i-print-this/how-to-print-multi-material-models-without-an-mmu-tutorial/

If you can't get that to work, another option is to print the B. Then, remove your skirt if necessary, and print the belt over the B with your second material. This technique often works if the first print is only one or two layers thick and not in the way of the nozzle during the leveling step.

I printed all body parts in Silk PLA and all joints in PETG. Download all parts here.

I used this headband, but stretched it a bit to be the look I wanted:
