M5 Mounting Bolt Caps for Bike Racks / Panniers
Rplacement part for securing bike racks and panniers directly to bike frame. These models act as fixture caps/washers for M5 bolts.
Designed for setups where the frame features integrated threaded eyelets
Hardware Required: 1x M5x12 Bolt (length depending on your rack thickness).
Three Head-Type Variants:
Cone Head: Optimized for countersunk (CSK) M5 bolts.
Flat Head: For button head or low-profile M5 bolts.
Cylinder Head: Designed for standard M5 Allen/Socket head cap bolts.
Print Settings:
Infill: 100%
Resolution: 0.2mm for a clean fit, not so important however
