What?

The windows on the oldest Playmobil Western Houses like 3421, 3422, 3423, 3424, 3425, 3426, 3427, 3428, and 3430 sometimes break. These two piece allow for repair.

3D-print

I print it with organic supports on build plate, though it also works without supports.

How do they compare to the original?

The margin for error is narrow. The gcode that is provided is the best result for me using Prusament PLA and a 0.3 nozzle. Then it closely functions the same as the original window, with almost the same sturdiness and friction. Other filament or nozzle may change the amount of friction a bit.

STL

One stl for the 'insert' and one for the 'glass'.

FreeCAD source

Created by hand in FreeCAD (source included) by measuring an existing part and doing a couple of test prints. The FreeCAD source is easy to adjust or expand, it is just a bunch of sketches and padding.
