UndermountAC is a DC powered minisplit air-conditioner used in RVs. The supplied manifold has a problem where it will spray water out the exhaust ports when the fan is set to anything higher than 'Low'.
This manifold improves on the design and dramatically lowers the amount of water spitting out through the vents.
Key changes:
Manifold is taller and deeper
Introduced a 90 degree shift in airflow
Increased port size to 75mm,
The three changes all are intended to slow the airspeed through the manifold, allowing the water to fall out of the air stream.
The 75mm port size matches size of ducts commonly used by 'diesel heaters', simplifying duct attachment.
The model has been cut in half to print on common sizes of 3dprinters. It can be assembled using butyl tape & CA glue.
Fusion file is included so it can be stitched back or modified.
