Hello! I am sharing a convenient tray for a children's mosaic game.
The model is designed as a shallow tray with raised edges. This gives the board rigidity and prevents the mosaic pegs from rolling off or scattering outside the play area. It also features a special finger slot on one side, making it easy to pull the board right out of its storage box.

Base thickness: 3 mm
Wall (edge) thickness: 1.5 mm
Corner rounding: 20 mm radius
Hole grid: 30 holes (6 horizontally, 5 vertically)
Hole size: 20 mm diameter
Distance between holes: 15.5 mm
Finger slot: 60 mm long, 10 mm deep
Print tips:
Supports: No. Prints flat on the build plate.
Layer height: 0.2 mm (or 0.28 mm for a faster print).
Infill: 15-20% is perfectly fine.
Material: PLA, PETG, or any other rigid plastic.
