Coffee capsule opener (version 1)

I use coffee capsules in my coffee machine. Out of laziness, I always throw them straight into the trash, which turns out to be a mistake every time, as the bin always ends up floating. The capsules still have water inside, and I don't want to cut them open every time. That's why I developed this cutter. I wanted to make it safe, so the blades only appear when you press the capsule against the surface.

The spring consists of a spring cap, a TPU ring, and the spring base. All parts, except for the ring, can be printed from PLA or similar materials. I also designed an anti-slip ring, that previde the cutter from slipping. This and the Ring are the only parts, that needs to be out of TPU. You need to press smal cutterblades in the groundpart.

I hope it helps some of you out there. So your trash cans don't float anymore!
