Adjusted standoff walls to be more than 2 .4mm walls thick.
Adjusted standoff bore to be a little wider because screws were binding in the bore.
A lot of the Nitehawk-36 fan mounts are 25 or 30mm and only connect to the toolhead mount with 2 screws. So I designed this model around the A4T toolhead board mount which has space for four screws, but also made a 40mm fan variant because more fan more air more cool.
The 40mm variant requires the mounting screws to be countersunk so the fan will actually sit flat on the mounting surface.
30mm and 40mm fans are mounted to the board using m3 screws and heat set inserts. The 25mm fan version just use screws and nuts. You'll note on the 25mm fan version the fan isn't centered on the board: it is centered over the MCU chip location.
Practical notes:
I made this because my Nitehawk-36 board reached over 100C during a heated chamber print on PC-CF, so it shut itself down. This was with a 2510mm fan on a different version of a fan mount.
So with a 4010 24V fan, the same chamber temperature of 55C resulted in a max temp on the Nitehawk-36 of 76C.
